Why This Role Matters

The Janitor independently cleans restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes/pantries, showers, stairwells, corridors, elevators/escalators, and other work areas. Duties involve a combination of the following: sweeping, mopping floors; removing trash and other materials for recycling; dusting furniture or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; replenishing restroom supplies.

What You Will Do

  • Clean andmaintainrestrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes/pantries, showers, stairwells, corridors, elevators/escalators, and other work areas.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment; polish metalwork and fittings.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, and sills.
  • Empty wastebaskets, transport trash to disposal areas, and recycle materials appropriately.
  • Replenish restroom supplies as needed.
  • Follow all safety standards and proper use of cleaning equipment.
  • Maintain quality work andappropriate conductin line with Didlake policies.
  • Complete andmaintainall required Didlake training.
