Job description

We are seeking independent janitorial contractors and commercial cleaning businesses to service several small retail locations throughout the state.
Contractors may service one location or accept multiple locations within a geographic area they can reliably cover. 
Contract Opportunity
  • Independent-contractor or business-to-business arrangement

  • Service performed every other week, approximately two visits per month
  • Payment issued per location
  • Anticipated compensation: $50–$150 per location per month
  • Final rate will depend on the approved scope, location and service requirements
  • Contractors may accept multiple nearby locations

Anticipated Cleaning Requirements
Each retail location averages approximately 3,500 square feet. Based on the information currently available, each visit is expected to take approximately 30–60 minutes.
Anticipated services may include:
  • Vacuuming the sales floor
  • Cleaning restrooms
  • Wiping high-touch surfaces
  • General light janitorial cleaning
  • Completing basic service documentation, if required
