Job description

Position Summary

*Provide quality cleaning service that exceeds expectations in a school setting. Oversee and manage janitorial staff, ensuring buildings are clean and well-maintained. Identifying and reporting any major maintenance problems to the appropriate personnel.

Work Schedule & Compensation

*Monday thru Friday, approximately 11:00am to 7:30pm

*Starting wage $16.75 - $17.50/hr based on experience

*Paid Weekly – direct deposit

*Paid Holidays

*Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90-day training period

Position Qualifications

*Must have 1 year of supervisory experience (in any field)

*Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required

*Must be an effective communicator with the team, supervisors and clients

*Must be legal to work in Greene County, MO

*Must be able to pass a criminal background check and complete Virtus Training

*Must be bondable/insurable

*Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work
