Compensation:$50,000 - $75,000 annually
Responsibilities:- Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
- Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
- Process Mastery: Implement systems to ensure every listing is compliant and documented.
- Client Connection: Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing "white-glove" updates.
- Logistics Lead: Manage property previews, lockboxes, and our moving truck calendar.
- System Integrity: Handle FlexMLS entry and collaborate with marketing for high-impact launches.
Qualifications:- Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
- Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
- Experience: 1+ years in real estate (Listing Management or Admin preferred).
- Tech Stack: Mastery of SkySlope, FlexMLS, and ZipForms is required. Lofty CRM experience is a major plus.
- The SMART Factor: Superior, Motivated, Articulate, Reliable, and Trustworthy.
- Credentials: A Real Estate License is a plus, but excellence is a must.
