Job Description Incredible opportunity with a well-established, full-scope OMS practice in one of the most desirable metro areas in the country. Colorado Oral Surgery, known for its exceptional surgical care, is seeking a driven OMS to join their group in 2028. This is a Monday-Friday position within a full-scope surgical practice with the opportunity to build a thriving patient base alongside five established partners.

Case mix for the new surgeon will primarily be in-office B&B procedures with opportunity for more complex cases for those interested. Associate should anticipate: Routine and complex extractions Bone grafting Oral pathology Dental implants (Straumann, Nobel, and other major systems) Trauma call - if associate chooses Opportunity to do some orthognathic surgery and TMJ, with mentorship available from partners The practice offers a strong existing referral network, recently upgraded facilities and technology, and an experienced support team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality surgical care while growing your practice through new referrals in the market.
