Your impact

Jacobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Lead to drive strategic growth and client engagement across Coloradoโ€™s transportation market. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on expanding our footprint with CDOT and municipal clients in the Highways and Bridges submarket.

In this role, youโ€™ll leverage your technical insight and client relationship expertise to strengthen our Transportation Practice in Colorado, advancing connectivity and innovative solutions for communities.

As a trusted advisor and connector, youโ€™ll lead pursuit strategies, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions that improve mobility and transform communities.

What Youโ€™ll Do

โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for CDOT and municipal clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.

โ€ข Serve as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, including operational and safety improvements on a limited basis.

โ€ข Drive strategic pursuits by identifying, planning, and leading winning strategies for key transportation projects across multiple CDOT Regions.

โ€ข Provide subject matter expertise in highway and bridge design, safety improvements, and project delivery.

โ€ข Represent Jacobs at industry conferences and events, positioning us as a leader in transportation solutions.

โ€ข Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and technical teams to align client needs with Jacobsโ€™ capabilities.

โ€ข Influence project development and design standards while contributing to Jacobsโ€™ growth in Coloradoโ€™s transportation sector to Shape the Future!

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited university

โ€ข Progressive post-graduate experience in transportation and highway engineering, including the management of roadway design projects

โ€ข Proven experience and relationships with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)

โ€ข Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams

โ€ข Strong understanding of CDOT processes, design criteria, and project development procedures across multiple districts

Ideally, youโ€™ll also have

โ€ข Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited university

โ€ข Twelve (12) or more years of experience in transportation and highway engineering, including the management of roadway design projects

โ€ข Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Colorado and/or PMP certification
