Job description

Job Summary:
A Warehouse associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the success of our operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center environment
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inbound shipments, including verifying contents and ensuring accuracy of documentation
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment to customers
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards

Skills:
As a DC Warehouse Associate, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments. You will also use your excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you may utilize your experience operating material handling equipment and/or working with warehouse management systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy in your daily work.
