  • Salary: $250,000 - $260,000 base plus unlimited quarterly bonus incentives

  • Team of 3 Psychiatrists, 3 PMHNP, 11 therapist
  • Ability to demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior with patients, families, co-workers, subordinates, supervisors, and other department staff.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times according to policies and procedures; uses discretion when discussing patient matters.
  • Solid communication skills, including listening and the ability to demonstrate empathy, rapport building, and patience.
  • Ability to provide crises intervention as needed
  • EMR System: Athena with Suki included for AI Note Taking
Background Desired: Psychiatrist
  • Must be a M.D. or D.O.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
  • Must be licensed or eligible for license in the state of West Virginia.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
