Title: Phlebotomist – PER DIEM - Every Sunday

Location: Boston IVF Providence

Requisition #:

Schedule: PER DIEM PHLEBOTOMIST position at our Providence, RI center. The schedule for this role includes drawing blood every Sunday 6:30am - 9:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform patient phlebotomy and specimen processing
  • Processing samples to send to reference labs
  • Responsible for pending results
  • Adhere to phlebotomy procedures and lab services manuals
  • Adhere to requirements of Safety Procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of drawing area and stock supplies in phlebotomy lab
  • Flu vaccination required

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Experience
  • Certification is preferred but not a requirement
  • Technical expertise along with good customer service is very important
  • Attention to detail a must
