Job description

- Collaborate with Intended Parents, Surrogates, IVF clinics, lawyers, and other relevant parties to coordinate comprehensive care for the surrogate.
- Set up consultations with potential intended parents.
- Host potential match calls.
- Review and submit monthly expense reports to escrow, encompassing GC compensation, monthly incidentals, mileage reimbursements, copays, etc.
- Submit legal request for drafting of GSA and PBO’s for both GC and IP, as well as medical insurance reviews, life insurance requests and organize a monthly virtual surrogate support group.
- Handle incoming phone calls, organize GC files, and manage appointment scheduling with outside monitoring clinics nationwide.
- Follow up with IVF clinics/ OBGYNs regarding ultrasounds, lab tests physician orders and related matters.
- Assist in making travel arrangements for GCs and IPs.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Work closely with all the departments.
- Organized social media and meet-up events and other innovative ways to grow surrogate database.
- Marketing development.
- You may be assigned to other duties as needed and your duties may also change on reasonable notice, based on the needs of the Company and your skills, as determined by the Company.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree and above required
-*Previous work experience as a surrogate case manager or IVF related experience is required "
-Travel required
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
