Pahrump, NV | Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality home health care services to patients in Pahrump and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is a dedicated patient advocate who is passionate about delivering personalized care, supporting patient independence, and promoting positive health outcomes in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and document care accurately and timely.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, medications, safety, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and family members to support coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain a compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach in every visit.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred or accepted where applicable.
  • Previous home health care or related nursing experience preferred.
  • Must be located in Pahrump or willing to travel to Pahrump for patient visits.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
