About the Role

We are seeking a driven, energetic Account Associate to join our dynamic Insurance team in Whippany, NJ.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Prepare, issue, file, update and manage time-sensitive insurance documents critical to the business, including but not limited to:certifications of insurance, endorsement requests, loss summaries, quotes, binding requests, renewal letters, mod analysis, and many more!

  • Learn industry terminology and commercial insurance coverage basics

  • Conduct research; compile information for Account Managers and Account Executives

  • Participate in off-site carrier, client, and prospect meetings as required

  • Keep insurance filing and database system up to date (Applied Epic)

  • Assist in creating proposals, summary of insurance, and presentations

  • Responsible for billing accurately and timely, audit processing

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and industry partners to insure a high-level of customer service

  • Provide backup for other team members during their absence

  • Additional responsibilities as required
