Cooks & Kitchen Leaders – Ocean Pines Yacht Club (Seasonal with Year-Round Potential)

Touch of Italy is hiring skilled Cooks and emerging Kitchen Leaders for the Ocean Pines Yacht Club. This is a seasonal role with strong potential for year-round employment for the right candidates.

We operate a high-expectation kitchen serving members, guests, and special events. Execution, consistency, and leadership presence matter. We are not looking for clock-punchers — we are looking for professionals who take pride in their station and elevate the team around them.

Kitchen Leaders must be able to manage service flow, maintain standards, coach team members, and hold the line on quality and accountability.

What We Expect:
• Clean, consistent execution of all menu items
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen systems
• Ability to handle volume and event service
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Professional communication and team-first mindset
