Our warm, welcoming restaurant is known for its beautiful patio, scratch-made Italian cuisine, craft cocktails, thoughtful wine list, and genuine community spirit. We create memorable experiences for date nights, business lunches, weekend brunches, and celebrations with friends and family. Juliet Italian Kitchen is the original location for the Veneto Hospitality Juliet Italian Kitchen brand.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate Front of House Manager who will serve as a member of the front of house leadership team to sets the tone of exceptional hospitality for the entire restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will spend significant time on the floor engaging with guests, supporting your team, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations. Youll report directly to the General Manager. You will lead with presence, energy, and genuine care balancing floor leadership with the operational excellence required to run a high-performing, high-volume restaurant.
The Opportunity

As Front of House Manager, you will be the daily leader of front-of-house operations. You will spend the majority of your time on the floor supporting your team, engaging with guests, and ensuring every visitor has an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Guest Service Leadership
Lead daily floor management, including floor charts, section assignments, and workflow balance
Maintain high standards for food presentation, beverage service, cleanliness, and guest experience
Actively coach and support servers, server assistants, bartenders, and hosts
Engage directly with guests and ensure exceptional service
Continuous Improvement: Implement and support strategies to elevate guest satisfaction, team engagement, productivity, and profitability.
Team Leadership & Development

Provide coaching and guidance to front of house staff
Create schedules and manage team productivity and breaks
Foster a positive work environment
Operational & Financial Excellence

Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits
Keep the restaurant fully stocked, organized, and ready for service
Maintain checklists, training materials, and administrative systems
What Were Looking For

2+ years of Front of House management experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong wine knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine preferred
Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Toast and R365 systems preferred
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
