What are IT Testers?

IT Testers, also known as software testers or quality assurance (QA) testers, are professionals who evaluate and verify that software applications and systems function as intended. They design and execute test cases, identify bugs or issues, and work with developers to resolve problems before software is released. What are some typical challenges IT Testers face when working on cross-functional teams?

IT Testers often collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts, which can present challenges such as aligning on requirements, managing changing priorities, and ensuring clear communication. Navigating different perspectives and technical languages requires strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
