Job description

SUMMARY:
The IT Systems & Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day technology support to employees while assisting with the administration, maintenance, and security of the Company's IT systems and technology infrastructure. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employee technology needs, including hardware, software, user access, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
The role also supports the administration of Microsoft 365 and other business applications, network and telecommunications systems, security and surveillance technology, technology vendors, and IT-related projects across the Company's corporate offices, properties, and sales centers.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-oriented IT professional who can independently troubleshoot issues, manage multiple systems and vendors, and provide responsive support in a fast-paced real estate environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, email, printing, and other technology issues.
• Manage employee technology onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup, user accounts, system access, and software licensing.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and track computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and other IT equipment across Company locations.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and other Company applications, including user accounts, access, licensing, subscriptions, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support and maintain network, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, security cameras, digital displays, and other technology infrastructure across corporate offices, properties, and sales centers.
• Maintain appropriate IT security and access controls and assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating technology and cybersecurity risks.
• Coordinate third-party technology vendors, service providers, purchasing, subscriptions, and technology-related expenditures.
• Support technology projects and installations, including vendor coordination, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AI tools and technologies across the Company, including identifying opportunities to improve productivity, workflows, and business processes while promoting appropriate and secure use.
Assist and lead other projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience and relevant technical certifications will be considered.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, desktop support, or a similar hands-on technology role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows environments, networking, Wi-Fi, user access management, and common office technology.
• Experience with SharePoint, UniFi, 3CX, TeamViewer, or similar business technology platforms preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and appropriately escalate issues when necessary.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide responsive support and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, vendors, and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, and dependable, with sound judgment when handling confidential information and access to Company systems.
• Experience supporting real estate, construction, property management, or multi-location organization is a plus.
