La Rivera Experience Resort is growing, and we are looking for dependable, energetic, and friendly individuals to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy working in a beautiful ranchstyle resort environment and providing exceptional guest experiences, wed love to hear from you.
We are currently hiring for parttime and asneeded (oncall) positions in the following roles:
Open Positions

1. Cleaning / Housekeeping Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest silos, casitas, common areas, and event spaces
  • Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms meet resort standards
  • Assist with laundry and occasional event setup
Ideal candidate: Detailoriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
2. Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the chef with food prep and plating
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Support live-fire cooking events and special dinners
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Ideal candidate: Team player with a passion for food and learning.
3. Servers

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service during dinners, brunches, events, and tastings
  • Set up tables, serve food and beverages, and maintain clean service areas
  • Assist with private events, retreats, and cooking class weekends
Ideal candidate: Friendly, attentive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Bartenders

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve wine, beer, and specialty cocktails
  • Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory
