Job description

Elite Corporate Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced IT System Administrator. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and optimizing IT systems to support day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a proactive and skilled professional ready to join a stable and growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Administer and monitor servers, backups, user accounts, email systems, internet access, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to plan, implement, and support network and infrastructure initiatives across company sites.
  • Oversee performance, capacity, and security of systems; apply OS patches, maintain tools, and implement upgrades as needed.
  • Lead support efforts for Microsoft Exchange/O365, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, SCCM, and IIS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and application issues while continuously improving internal IT processes.
  • Manage disaster recovery plans and maintain data center monitoring systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT matters across all facilities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in server/network administration in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft server products, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking, SCCM, and backup systems.
  • Experience with Exchange 2016/2019, Office 365, and IIS.
  • Expert-level troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (per ITAR regulations).
Bonus Skills
  • Master’s degree in a technology-related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, or MCSE.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and cybersecurity protocols.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs and sit for extended periods.
  • No travel required.
  • This is an on-site position.
