Job Duties

The IT Quality and Risk Management Director provide strategic leadership for enterprise IT governance, quality assurance, test automation, risk management, and information security coordination across all technology domains. This role ensures that IT operations, projects, and systems comply with state and federal standards, internal control frameworks (ARMICS), and audit requirements (Internal Audit and APA). The Director drives continuous improvement in IT quality assurance, audit compliance maturity, and operational resilience through COOP/DR planning and CMDB integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

-Significant work experience in IT governance, risk management, quality assurance, or
compliance.
-Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in complex IT environments.
-Demonstrated knowledge in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated
managerial/supervisory experience
-Experience implementing test automation frameworks, quality gates, and
CI/CD aligned testing practices.
-Proven background implementing test automation frameworks, quality
gates, and CI/CD aligned testing practices

Additional Considerations

-Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
-Demonstrated expertise in project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
