Project Manager IT 3

This position will coordinate plans across multiple teams working on the customer experience for QR code scans. This role will be responsible for understanding each segment and industry's vision for the QR customer experience, as well as understand the plan to achieve the vision. The role will also communicate the vision and plan to those within the broader team and share the vision across industry groups. This includes the detailed planning for components within the customer experience and plans for translations.

This position will start in a hybrid model on day 1 in Peoria, IL.

Meetings with industry and segment teams to understand the vision for each industry and progress towards the vision

Develop and update comprehensive view of the CX vision and plans across industries

Share updates with business partners

Create and update PowerPoint slides sharing the vision and plan towards the vision

Bachelor's degree - 5-7 years of project/program management experience

Required Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Desired Familiarity with agile development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence to ask questions and follow-up on items
