Job description

As an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager, your role is to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members, to ensure project alignment and expectations. 
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. 
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones. 
  • Set up and manage projects using MS Visio and JIRA Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely reports to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks. 
  • Execute projects using Waterfall & Agile methodologies. 
  • Managing and delivering CRM Projects (CRM implementations) 
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members. 
  • Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.Â
