Job description

Job Summary:
TM Floyd & Company is looking for an IT Program Manager for a remote role. The main purpose of this role is to manage AI-related initiatives and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
• Manage AI-related initiatives from concept through implementation
• Receive use cases from lines of business and evaluate feasibility
• Coordinate with vendors on costs, technical requirements, integration needs, and timelines
• Assess internal resource capacity and development needs
• Build business cases and project packages for AI Governance Board approval
• Lead approved projects through full lifecycle execution
• Manage approximately 10–15 initiatives simultaneously across varying stages (feasibility, vendor coordination, legal/compliance review, board approval, active implementation)
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years of related experience required
• Experience with: Data management, data mapping, data modeling, and governance
• Experience with: Risk management and regulatory demands
• Experience with: Information technology, including a medium to high-level of proficiency related to IT terminology, operations, and functions
• Experience with: Developing a budget and tracking budget expenses
• Advanced understanding of program/project management best practices, methodologies, and lifecycle
• Applied knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management tools
• A strong self-starter, takes initiative, can easily see the big picture to analyze, summarize, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Word)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
Preferred:
• PMP, CSM, and/or SAFe certifications are highly desirable
