Job Summary:
Titan Production Equipment, LLC is seeking an IT Professional to support and maintain the technology infrastructure that drives manufacturing operations. The role involves ensuring reliable network connectivity, system security, and production system uptime while providing technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for office and production floor hardware, software, and network systems
• Maintain and support ERP/MRP systems used for manufacturing operations
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues impacting CNC machines, PLC interfaces, scanners, and production equipment
• Support shop floor workstations, barcode systems, label printers, and timekeeping systems
• Manage user access and permissions across production and administrative systems
• Monitor network performance to ensure minimal disruption to operations
• Assist with cybersecurity efforts, particularly as it relates to operational technology (OT)
• Maintain backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system documentation
• Coordinate with vendors supporting manufacturing software and equipment systems
• Assist with implementation of new systems, automation tools, and process improvements
Qualifications:
Required:
• Provide technical support for office and production floor hardware, software, and network systems

Preferred:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Global Shop, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, VLANs)
• Experience supporting Windows Environments and Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Basic understanding of PLC or industrial automation environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in industrial settings
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.)
