Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager to support the Marine Corps Logistics Plans (LP) Division's logistics information technology portfolio. You will manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of logistics IT systems, ensuring alignment with Marine Corps modernization goals, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt
Location: Pentagon / National Capital Region (Hybrid)
Clearance Required: Active Secret
Travel Requirement: Approximately 10%
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage the LP logistics IT portfolio across the full system lifecycle - requirements, development, fielding, sustainment, and .
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Functional Data Manager (LOG FDM) on IT governance and systems oversight.
  • Support the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) cybersecurity posture for logistics applications, including Authority to Operate (ATO) management.
  • Develop and maintain IT portfolio governance documents, roadmaps, and modernization strategies.
  • Track and manage system change proposals (SCPs) and interface requirements across logistics systems.
  • Coordinate with HQMC C4, Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAE), and Marine Corps Systems Command on IT acquisition and fielding.
  • Support data system interface management including dashboard development and integration monitoring.
  • Evaluate cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies for the logistics IT portfolio.
  • Prepare briefings and status reports for senior leadership on IT portfolio health and modernization progress.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of IT portfolio management, systems engineering, or IT program management experience in a DoD environment.
  • Direct experience with Marine Corps logistics IT systems - GCSS-MC, DAI, or equivalent enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of DoW cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, NIST 800-53) and ATO processes.
  • Experience with IT governance, enterprise architecture, and system lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps IT modernization initiatives and Force Design technology requirements.
  • Strong communication skills - ability to translate technical concepts for senior military leadership.
  • PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field required.
  • Active SECRET clearance.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Prior work experience supporting the Marine Corps programs.
