Position Overview:
We're seeking a Store IT Administrator to manage in-store IT operations at our Chicago IL locations. This individual will play a vital role in supporting daily store IT infrastructure and assisting store staff with technology-related issues.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage in-store IT equipment (PCs, POS systems, printers, etc.)
  • Support and monitor CCTV systems and network infrastructure
  • Provide daily IT support to store employees
  • Participate in a 3-week onboarding training program at headquarters

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in IT support or store-level IT operations preferred
  • Basic understanding of network and CCTV systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Korean Bilingual Required
