Responsibilities
  • IT Network Engineer (Plano) (Multiple Positions) required to implement and maintain routing and switching solutions for enterprise network environments. Configure and support routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP, as well as VLAN architectures. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity issues to support uninterrupted network operations. Handle network-related incidents and service requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. Coordinate with IP/MPLS teams to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in resolving switching and routing problems to support network reliability. Manage and maintain firewall policies, rule sets, and security configurations to protect the network from threats.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent with 60 months of experience in network administration or support.
