Job description

A Day in the Life:

Manage the entire store inventory process including, reconditioning, photography, delivery, lot organization and merchandising

Wage = $17/hr + Eligible for incentives

What You’ll Do:

1.Inventory

  1. Ensure all incoming vehicles properly checked in
  2. Triage new inventory as it enters lot
  3. Manage an efficient reconditioning process, cost, quality and cycle times
  4. Work closely with reconditioning vendors
  5. Interact with Fleet Mgt partner (Wheels)
  6. Maintain proper internal inventory controls
  7. Work with fleet team to maintain target inventory levels
  8. Work closely with GSM on daily production planning

2. Lot Organization

  1. Develop and maintain proper lot organization to facilitate efficient processes
  2. Oversee proper vehicle merchandising
  3. Create visual factory 

3. Photography

  1. Insure all cars are properly photographed and appearing online per standards
  2. Reduce rejects and kicked cars
  3. Follow up and promptly close all open items on the partner dashboard
  4. Handle all communications from partners

4. Delivery

  1. Ensure vehicles are delivered within time SLAs
  2. Set up trucking, if required

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

 Professional Experience:

  • Experience in Auto dealerships and car sales
  • Valid Drivers’ License and a clean record

 Skills:

  • Capable of delivering
  • Able to succeed in a global, matrix organization

  • Able to garner support from Stakeholders on all initiatives
