Service Advisor - Automotive

We need a Internal Service Advisor / Inventory Manager that will work directly with the reconditioning department, service manager and the general manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
  • Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
  • Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
  • Write up repair orders amd monitor the progress
  • Check in new vehicles of of transport
  • Take photos of all reconditioned vehicles and newly arrived inventory.
  • Employee must be resonsible and have passion for the position.
