Job Title: Sr. IT Project Manager -Infrastructure Location: Tampa, FL 33607 Contract Length: 24+ Months Job ref# 247240 Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects while managing budget, schedule, scope, and overall project performance. This role will coordinate cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects

Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, documentation, and driving projects through completion. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (required and will be verified) PMP Certification (required) Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience Strong background in Information Technology Infrastructure projects Experience managing SAP-related IT projects Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Experience managing cross-functional teams Experience coordinating vendor resources Experience with vendor management for IT projects Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) (required) Strong documentation skills, including forecasting time, cost, resources, and labor Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills Preferred Smartsheets Electric utility industry experience IT infrastructure projects supporting construction Key Responsibilities Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously (typically 3-5 active projects) Coordinate with construction project managers and cross-functional IT teams Work with hardware, network, and telecommunications teams on purchasing, scheduling, configuration, and deployment activities Facilitate project meetings and maintain meeting minutes/transcripts Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, budget tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation Lead project teams in defining scope, obtaining cost estimates, developing schedules, and assigning resources Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained in the project repository Drive adherence to SDLC methodology and infrastructure project standards Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues Translate complex technical information into business-friendly communication
