6) Integrated Library systems

12) Contractor should have knowledge in the laws, rules and regulations of the E-rate program administered by Universal Services Administrative Company (USAC), a federal entity for telecommunications discounts to schools and libraries.
13) Contractor will perform and/or review site assessments and work with library system directors to determine their local needs.
14) Contractor will work with library system to properly file for discounts in the USAC portal to obtain E-rate discounts.
15) These services will include knowledge of technology infrastructure and end user devices.
16) Contractor must be familiar with and handle frequent Program.
17) Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews seeking clarification or additional information received from USAC to overcome obstacles to funding.
18) Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management.
19) Minimum 5 years of experience working in E-rate.
20) Knowledge of state of MS procurement laws.
21) Experience in contract administration;
