Are you a bilingual manager with substantial experience supervising or managing frontline employees and teams?
Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall & Rowlett is looking for an outstanding Bilingual Field Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to join our growing management team.
This is a hands-on management position responsible for helping lead and develop our field workforce, ensuring our teams are properly staffed, supported and performing to the high standards our customers expect.
Compensation & Benefits
Target annual compensation: approximately $58,000.
High performers can earn approximately $63,000-$68,000 annually by exceeding established performance targets.
Compensation includes a guaranteed base of $18 per hour plus a substantial performance incentive, based on clearly defined and measurable performance targets. Performance incentives are calculated and paid monthly.

About the Role
As our Bilingual Field Operations Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing a successful field workforce.
You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Team Leaders, with responsibility for areas including:
• Field employee and team performance
• Quality and customer service
• Coaching, development and employee accountability
• Recruiting, hiring and training
• Staffing and employee retention
• Resolving day-to-day employee and operational issues
This is a people-management and operations role, not simply a recruiting position.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Speaks fluent English and Spanish
• Has at least 5 years of experience directly supervising or managing frontline employees and teams
• Has genuine hands-on people-management experience - not simply recruiting, staffing or HR administration
• Is confident coaching people, managing performance and holding employees accountable
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
• Is organized, dependable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Enjoys developing people and building successful teams
Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, restaurants, retail, home services or another frontline service environment is helpful, but not essential.
Recruiting, staffing or HR experience is valuable as an additional skill but does not replace the required frontline management experience.
