MDAEdge is a company focused on IT disaster recovery solutions, and they are seeking a Senior IT Disaster Recovery Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans, leading drills, and collaborating with IT and business units to ensure critical systems are protected.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity disaster recovery plan.
• Lead and coordinate disaster recovery drills and simulations to validate recovery effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to identify critical systems and data, define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
• Work with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment with the company's disaster recovery objectives.
• Maintain familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
• Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the cybersecurity team on DR best practices and ensure cross-functional readiness.
