We are seeking an IT Business Consultant to join our team. This role will involve conducting comprehensive business needs assessments and guiding solution design processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across all organizational units through interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions and professional certifications in project management (PMP), business analysis (CBAP), or IT service management (ITIL) are preferred.

We’re looking for a proactive IT Demand Manager to act as the bridge between IT and business teams. You’ll gather and analyze business needs, prioritize IT requests, and help design solutions that drive organizational success. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills, this is your chance to make an impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders.

·         Prioritize IT projects and manage the demand pipeline.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions.

·         Develop process documentation and improvement workflows.

·         Facilitate communication between IT and business units.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

·         7+ years in IT and business roles; 3+ years in business analysis or project management.

·         Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

·         Preferred certifications: PMP, CBAP, ITIL.
