1. Expert in ETL/Data warehouse testing - Minimum of 5-6 years of exp. 

2. Expert in SQL's

3. Has experience in Informatica ETL tool 

4. Has experience in Abinitio ETL tool

5. Expert Analytical skills

6. Good in UNIX commands

7. Good in Communication and client facing skills

8. Quick decision making ability 

9. Has exposure to HP-Quality center 

10. Expert in SDLC process and testing process

11. Has experience in onsite-offshore co-ordination
