Million Dollar Baby Co. is looking for anIT Support Specialistto provide technical assistance to our associates. We're seeking a versatile and enthusiastic support technician to set up and deploy hardware and software, as well as deliver top-notch end-user support. This role will work closely with our systems and data teams. ย ย 

What you'll be doing: ย 

  • Provide internal helpdesk support for Million Dollar Baby associates, contractors, and visitorsย 
  • Respond to, record, track, and resolve tickets using our helpdesk software-attention to detail is essentialย 
  • Monitor, triage, and assign Tier 1 helpdesk requestsย 
  • Maintain and update the internal IT knowledgebaseย 
  • Create documentation for new issues or deploymentsย 
  • Provision laptop and desktop computers (Windows 11 and MacOS) for onboarding and replacementsย 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or basic network issues for end-users in the office and warehouseย 
  • Support and troubleshoot the A/V setup for video conferencing, including Zoom and Zoom Rooms, Slack, and conference room technologyย 
  • Setup and tear down audio/visual equipment for company-wide eventsย 
  • Assist with IT projects and other tasks as neededย 
  • Research and present emerging technologies to the teamย 

What you bring to the table:ย 

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)ย 
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably 1-2 years. Warehouse IT support is a plusย 
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principlesย 
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systemsย 
  • Experience with provisioning and deploying computersย 
  • Legendary customer service and deskside mannerย 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficientlyย
