Minimum Requirements (Must Have): 3-5 years of experience as an IT Director or Area IT Director is required 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including multi-property or enterprise environments Prior experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, or service-driven environments strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, access control, CCTV, etc.) Experience with cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies Proven leadership, project management, and vendor management skills Position Summary The Area Director of Information Technology is responsible for overseeing all IT operations across multiple properties, ensuring reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support business operations, guest experience, and compliance requirements

This role provides strategic leadership while remaining hands-on with systems, vendors, cybersecurity, and operational support.
