Will perform waived testing and assist in Microbiology processing and plating specimens, as requested.Position Qualification: One (1) year of laboratory experience and/or completion of a formal phlebotomy trainingBasic laboratory computer/lab information system experience preferredRequired Licenses/Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Completion of Phlebotomy training program and/or national phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT or similar preferredPhlebotomy Certification where State law requiresCommunication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with all levels of the organizationMust be able to pass Background and Drug Test screenings.
