Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Risk Analyst to join our governance team. You will be responsible for evaluating AI models against global compliance frameworks, identifying potential biases, and recommending mitigation strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of client AI models.
  • Analyze datasets for bias, fairness, and representativeness.
  • Evaluate model performance and stability under stress conditions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement risk mitigation controls.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports for regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or risk management.
  • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning model lifecycles.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
