Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead Location: PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, AL - Birmingham, TX - Dallas Work Status : 5 days onsite Duration : Contract to Hire Years Of Experience Required : 8 + Years Industry Background: Banking/ Finance Function of the Group: Network compliance. Ensure that all the network devices adhere to baseline hardening standards from a configuration standpoint. The second part is automation, which entails incorporating our compliance checks into the automation pipeline, the ISE, as well as added automation efforts, which is an end-to-end solution for deployment. Specifically, life cycle management of an entire device, the scope of network devices, firewalls. Environment is enterprise which is retail back office Roles and Responsibilities: • Looking for someone who can serve as the connective leader between business and technology, bringing structure, operating rigor, and strategic direction to the overall work set. • They will need to be able to look at the end-to-end process and help structure our program. • Use AI for compliance. Set up prompts that autokick off a job based on what the outcome it. • Helping put structure on the team. Meaning looking at the JIRA board and putting structure to it. • Interfacing with teams – helping build road map of the different projects we have in our pipeline. • Mangine a portfolio, giving updates, requesting updates, managing the workload. • Projects 1) Automating firewall deployments end to end. 2)Put structure around JIRA board and capture and categorize the work effort. 3) Helping build the roadmap of what we have today in the portfolio, compliance, the different internal controls Must Have Technical Skills: • AI (Priority) • DevOps • Network Compliance • Automation • Python • VS Code • CoPilot • Strong leadership experience, self-driven • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills needed, including the ability to manage multiple priorities • PM experience a plus Education : • HS degree minimum • Development or coding certifications a plus Ref: #404-IT Pittsburgh
