About the Role

We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience who enjoys working with people and providing practical, timely solutions. If you're people-oriented, optimistic, and organized, you'll be a great fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain internal IT systems including domain controllers, servers, backups, and UPS devices.

  • Manage and respond to support tickets using Freshdesk, documenting solutions post-resolution.

  • Serve as a technical liaison with software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

  • Support IT projects and upgrades as needed.

Technical Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

  • Proficient in setting up and maintaining domain controllers and managing user accounts.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace: user setup, email migration, and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of network administration and resolving network-related issues.

  • Familiarity with VMware environments.

  • Experience with various backup solutions and disaster recovery protocols.

  • Skilled in PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
