In this role, you will work closely with the HCM team serving the county agencies via support of various HCM Modules. You will be working closely with our Senior IT Analyst in creating reports, testing and providing 3-tier end user support.
About This Role:

The most competitive candidate will have a background in computer information systems with 5 or more years of relevant experience in computer information systems or information technology.
This position will:
  • Support the Human Capital Management team in administering Oracle Workforce Management across the full Hire to Retire lifecycle.
  • Conduct user account audits and support Human Resources and Payroll teams with FOIA data requests.

This individual must be comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences and delivering clear written reports and assessments. We are looking for a self-directed, results-driven professional who excels at multiple technical and non-technical assignments simultaneously, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and consistently brings solutions, rather than problems, to leadership.

Preferences:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
  • 3 years of hands-on experience delivering and supporting complex, enterprise-grade IT solutions across departmental and organization-wide environments
