Job Description

Complete Description: The SOA BizTalk Administrator will be responsible for deployment and administration of BizTalk. This position will build, configure, maintain, monitor and report on the BizTalk platform, within a multi-tiered environment. The position will proactively work to meet the needs of IT projects that utilize BizTalk. The individual in this position will:

Plan/Design:

Based on input from technical requirements from IT projects, IT Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations and IT Security, this individual will build and maintain the SOA BizTalk platform to current & future IT & Security standards.

Maintain:

Work with NCDOT Helpdesk and Development staff to provide 3rd tier support when issues cannot be resolved at a lower level. Work with DOT Operations & EPS group to triage & maintain the SOA BizTalk environment when issues occur. This support include both during working hours and off-hour support.

Qualifications

SOA Biztalk Administration, Active Directory Administration, Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2 administration, .NET C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell and experience with VMware.
