Risk Management Framework Analyst
K2 Group is seeking a Risk Management Framework Analyst in support of Headquarters, Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Provost Marshal/Protection Support Services (PM/PSS). IMCOM PM/PSS is tasked with ensuring the safety and security of its installations through robust protection plans in the areas of risk management, antiterrorism, physical security, and emergency management, culminating in up to 29 assessments annually.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as lead RMF advisor for HQ IMCOM PM/PSS, mentoring client ISOs and developing standardized training on Authorization to Operate (ATO) package submissions, APMS, and eMASS procedures.
  • Develop and assist in providing training to Army ISSOs on how to submit ATO packages for new and existing systems.
  • Train Army ISSOs on artifacts required to be submitted for ATO packages and how to use APMS and eMASS to complete required tasks.
  • Train Army ISSOs on how to delete, decommission, transfer, and modify packages for existing IT systems.
  • Provide RMF subject matter expertise during working groups and configuration control boards for existing IT systems.
  • Brief IMCOM leadership on the status of more than 180 IT systems.
  • Generate compliance metrics and scorecard measurements using eMASS and Power BI, creating detailed dashboard reports for senior leadership to track ATO status and FISMA compliance.
Requirements
  • 10-12 Cybersecurity experience with documented experience as an ISSO, ISSM, or SCA.
  • Full understanding of all RMF steps.
  • Hands on experience with eMASS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field (desired)
Certifications:
  • Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 3 and Information Assurance Manager Level 3. CISSP Recommended.
Clearance:
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
