Job description

The Caregiver will provide care and services to clients assigned by ISS with the goal to lessen the number of Caregivers introduced into the client’s home. In addition, the flexibility provided by this agreement will allow the Caregiver a work-life balance. The Caregiver will be responsible for fulfilling the Client service order for the duration of employment at ISS.

The goal is to provide clients one caregiver for the extent of time they are a client at ISS.  The Caregiver performs personal care and companion/sitter tasks, transport and escort services, meal preparation, and household task essential to cleanliness and safety to clients consistent with each client’s assessment and plan of care. All client care is provided in a manner that maintains staff respect for client’s rights, choices, privacy, dignity, property and protection from harm and exploitation. Caregivers are required to fulfill the following requirements: vehicle inspection, working telephone, reliable transportation (personal vehicle), be able to travel at least 50 miles, and be able to safely transfer a client weighing 150 pounds.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
