Process Optimization
  • Map Workflows: Partner with department heads to map, standardize, and optimize cross-functional business processes.

  • Predictive Trends: Utilize statistical tools to detect process drift and highlight operational areas needing improvement.
  • Executive Reports: Translate complex data sets into actionable reports and dashboards for senior leadership reviews.

  • Certifications: Certified ISO Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly preferred; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with QMS software, workflow mapping tools, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, clear communicative skills for teaching complex concepts, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
