Description
We are looking for a driven, highly organized Operations Manager to help lead and grow our fast-paced real estate team in Anacortes, WA. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
This role is the operational backbone of the company and a direct partner to the Owner and leadership team. You will oversee team operations, support agent performance, improve systems and accountability, and help drive company growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. You can see the big picture while also managing the daily details that keep a high-performing organization running efficiently. You are energized by solving problems, building systems, coaching people, improving performance, and helping teams succeed.
You'll work closely with buyer agents, listing agents, ISAs, and administrative staff to strengthen processes, improve communication, increase accountability, and create a consistent five-star client experience. This role also plays a key part in recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting new agents as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
โข Support and coach buyer agents, listing agents, ISAs, and administrative staff
โข Help recruit, onboard, and train new and experienced real estate agents
โข Facilitate weekly team meetings and accountability check-ins
โข Assist agents in improving sales skills, lead conversion, and goal achievement
โข Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
Operations & Systems Management
โข Oversee and improve company systems, workflows, processes, and accountability
โข Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity
โข Develop, update, and maintain company policies and procedures
โข Ensure consistency across all departments and team operations
โข Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting operational challenges
Reporting & Business Performance
โข Track and report on agent KPIs, conversion rates, profitability, and team performance
โข Provide leadership with actionable reporting and business insights
โข Monitor lead sources, lead flow, and lead distribution systems
โข Analyze team effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Technology & Automation
โข Help implement and optimize technology platforms, automation, and CRM systems
โข Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead nurturing and client engagement
โข Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve efficiency and ROI
โข Maintain strong knowledge of all company systems, tools, and marketing platforms
Strategic Growth & Accountability
โข Work directly with the Owner to support company goals, growth initiatives, and operational priorities
โข Help create scalable systems that support long-term growth
โข Improve accountability and process consistency across the organization
โข Ensure compliance with local board requirements and company standards
โข Support initiatives that increase productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
โข 3+ years of experience leading or managing operations in a fast-paced environment
โข Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
โข Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations
โข Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
โข Strong organizational and project management skills
โข Experience improving systems, processes, and team accountability
โข Comfortable using CRMs, reporting systems, Google Workspace, and business technology platforms
