Qualifications:
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

The Irrigation Technician performs skilled work in the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of the Town's irrigation systems and related components. The position ensures proper system functionality, water efficiency, and compliance with operational standards by diagnosing and repairing irrigation and electrical issues, programming and monitoring controllers, assisting with backflow device testing, and coordinating with staff to support landscaping operations and special events.
