Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, install and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves, and performing pump repairs
  • Spring evaluations and start-up
  • Winterization and blow-out
  • Mid-season inspections
  • Gather and update historical data for each account regarding water sources, point of connection and main line location, service performed and parts installed

Qualifications:
  • At least two years commercial irrigation experience
  • Ability to identify system repairs and improvements
  • Ability to troubleshoot and exhibit sound decision making skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with clients, co-workers and supervisor
  • Ability to pull, push and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Punctual attendance
  • Valid Washington Driver License with a clean record
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Backflow Assembly Tester (BAT) License preferred
