Join the Green Light Lawn Care team! We’re hiring a motivated Irrigation Technician to support our growing Lawn & Landscape Crew. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in helping customers maintain healthy, efficient irrigation systems.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • 1+ year of irrigation installation or maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of controllers, valves, backflow prevention, and drip/sprinkler systems
  • Ability to read irrigation plans
  • Pesticide Applicator License (RT) or willingness to obtain

We’re willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and desire to grow.

If you can tell a solenoid from a sprinkler head and don’t mind getting your hands dirty—we want to talk.

Requirements

What You'll Do
    • Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as leaks, clogs, electrical faults, valves, timers, and broken heads
    • Perform spring startups and fall winterizations
    • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
    • Track and manage irrigation parts and inventory
    • Operate and perform light maintenance on irrigation tools and equipment
    • Communicate professionally with clients and educate them on system use and best practices
    • Work independently with support when needed
