Job Summary
Ironworker
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and reliable Ironworkers for various structural and miscellaneous steel erection projects. Candidates must be safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of working in physically demanding industrial and construction environments while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
  • ย Perform layout, rigging, connecting, bolting, and welding of structural steel in accordance with project drawings and instructions.ย 
  • ย Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company quality and safety standards.ย 
  • ย Cut, position, and bolt steel bars and components to reinforce concrete structures.ย 
  • ย Erect structural steel frames and miscellaneous steel assemblies.ย 
  • ย Drill holes into steel members for bolting and installation.ย 
  • ย Bolt and weld steel components into place as required.ย 
  • ย Install reinforcing bars into forms to support concrete work.ย 
  • ย Tighten and secure cables, braces, and structural supports.ย 
  • ย Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other construction documents.ย 
  • ย Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all jobsite safety procedures.ย 
Qualifications
  • ย High school diploma or equivalent required.ย 
  • ย Previous experience in structural and miscellaneous steel erection preferred.ย 
  • ย Knowledge of rigging, connecting, bolting, welding, and steel erection practices.ย 
  • ย Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.ย 
  • ย Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and withstand the physical demands of steel erection work.ย
